Privacy notice

The School of Statistical and Computer Engineering at Universidad Nacional del Altiplano — Puno, through the Alumni Tracking Coordination. Ciudad Universitaria, Av. Floral 1153, Puno.

From the academic register — name, student code, national ID, graduation term and programme. The school provides these and they support its academic record; they do not depend on you signing up.

From your profile — everything you write: headline, summary, experience, education, certifications, skills, links, photo and city. It is yours and you control it.

From verification — to confirm you are an alumnus we query UNAP's academic records and SUNEDU's national registry of degrees. We keep the outcome, not the query.

Technical — IP address and timestamp of each sign-in or administrative change, in an audit log used to investigate improper access.

Your profile shows according to the visibility you choose: public, alumni only, or private. Your national ID, address and institutional email never appear on public pages. Your mobile only if you enable it. The coordination sees the full register for its work. Employability figures are aggregate and identify nobody.

Your profile, as long as you keep the account. Access codes are deleted after 30 days. The audit log after 24 months. The academic record is kept by the school as part of its institutional archive, with or without an account.

In surveys marked anonymous, your answers are stored with no reference to you. We know you took part —so we do not ask again— but we cannot reconstruct what you answered.
